各種視神経疾患に対するハイドロコーチゾンプレドニゾロン（プレドニン）の髄腔内注入例（続報）

Lumbal applications of hydrocortisone and predonisolone (Predonin) in some opticus diseases (Continued report)

緒言

　副腎皮質系ホルモンが他科と同様眼科領域に於ても治療面に広く用いられているが，私共は昭和33年当初から各種視神経疾患患者にハイドロコーチゾン及プレドニゾロン（プレドニン）髄腔内に使用し昭和33年度当学会でその一部を船坂が報告した。今回更にその後の症例も加え報告する。

The effebt of the intrathecal injection of Hydrocortison and Predonin on various optic nerve diseases.

Since 1958 the authors used intrathecally Hydrocortison in 8 cases and the Predonin in 31 cases of ophthalmic nerve diseases and observed the course of the diseased.

1) About the acute ophthalmic neuritis, the hydrocortison showed marked effects in 3 cases and the predonin in 5 cases.

2) About chronic ophthalmic neuritis, hydrocortison was not effective in one case out of 3, nad predonin in 5 cases out of 16.
