各種視神経疾患に対するハイドロコーチゾン・プレドニゾロン（プレドニン）の髄腔内注入の経験

Lumbal applications of Hydrocortisone and Predonisolone (Predonin) in Some opticus diseases

緒言

　コーチゾンを初めとする一群の副腎皮質系ホルモンが，独特な強力消炎作用を有することは，1949年Hench等によつて，リウマチ性関節炎に卓効あることが発見せられて以来，幾多の研究追試によつて証明せられている。眼科方面でも，各種角膜炎，虹彩毛様体炎，後部葡萄膜炎等に広く用いられている所である。私共は，各種視神経疾患々者にこれらの副腎皮質系ホルモン，即ちハイドロコーチゾン，及びプレドニゾロン（プレドニン）を髄腔内に使用して，見るべき効果を得，昭和33年度京都眼科学会でその一部を報告したが，今回は，その後の新たな症例をも加えて報告すると共に，いさゝか，卑見を副えて大方の批判を乞う次第である。

Since the beginning of 1958, hydrocortison has been administrated into the snbdural raum in 8 cases and predonin in 11 cases of various diseases of optic nerve, and the results have been observed.

(1) These agents acted very favorable to the disease in the acute stage or early stage.

(2) These agents were comparatively effective also on the disease in the chronic or late stage. They showed a dramatic effect in some cases.

(3) They were effective on two cases which under went craniotomy 2—3 months after the onset and followed with visual disturbance tor 3—6 months.
