角膜真菌症（Keratomycosis）の1例A case of keratomycosis

I．緒言

　角膜真菌症は1879年Leber^1）が報告して以来，本邦に於ても20数例が報告されて居り，吉岡，木谷氏等^2）は此について詳細なる統計的観察をなし，三井，花房氏^3）はCortisone及び抗生物質の長期使用後に於て発生したる症例より，此等の使用は角膜真菌症を誘発する可能性のある事を述べている。

　著者等は，殆んど病原性を有しないとされているCephalosporium sp．による重症な角膜潰瘍の一例に遭遇し，Trichomycin （以下「T」と略す）の大量内服及び高濃度溶液の点眼により治癒せしめ得たので，此処に報告し諸家の御批判を仰ぎ度いと思う。

A case of keratomycosis is reported. The patient is a 24 years-old woman who was ad-mitted to Eye Clinic Okayama Natinal Hospital on May 29. 1959 with severe hypopyon-keratitis of the left eye.

The vision of the left eye was hand movement.

A Cephalosporium sp. was found from smear and culture of the corneal ulcer.

She was treated with eye drops of 0. 5% suspension of Trichomycine every 2 hours and its 500,000 units orally a day. After 32 days the ulcer was cured and the patient was discharged on August 1. 1959. The total dosis was 14 million units.

The vision at this time were 1.5 O. D. and 0.2 O. S. respectively.
