1眼に網膜色素変性症，1眼に白点状網膜炎を有する1例

A case of one eye having retinitis pigmentosa and another eye having retinitis punctata albescens

緒言

　網膜色素変性（以下D．P．）にしろ白点状網膜炎（Ra）にしろ，先天異常であつて程度に差はあつても両眼が侵されるのが原則である。然るに，諸検査の結果臨床上，私は最近，一眼に，Ra，一眼にD．P．と思われる症例を観察し得たので，茲に報告すると共に，これ等両疾患の関係について，聊か述べる次第である。

A woman aged 57, was found to have the typical ophthalmoscopic pictures of retinitis pigmentosa in the left eye and retinitis punctata albescens in the right eye. In the fun-dus of the left eye, there were a great number of pigment deposits resembling the shape of bone corpuscles, arteries and veins were narrowed to high degrees. In the fundus of the right eye, there were hundreds of small white dots distributed over the mid-peripheral zone of the retina. Opacities of the vitreous body were found in both eyes, but cataract was not recognized. Serum reaction of syphylis was negative.
