ベーシェット病の臨床経過と其の病理組織所見

Clinical picture and histopathological findings of Behçet disease

I．緒言

　反復する前房蓄膿及鞏膜炎，視神経網膜炎等を主症状として，更に外陰部の潰瘍や皮膚紅斑，リウマチ様疼痛等の諸症状を総括してB氏症候群と呼ばれている事は周知の通りであるが，既に我国でも多数の報告が有るにも拘わらず，病原体や病変の経緯に就いては，明らかでない。B氏は塗抹標本検査により，ビールスに起因すると記載しているが，私は本疾患の摘出眼球について検索する事を得たので，先人諸氏の研究に追加して，其の病理組織学的所見を報告し，本疾患の本体解明に貢献せんとするものである。

Two uveal histological findings of Behçet syndrome were presented. First case was fresh and second case was rather old as the panuveitis with primary perivasculitis. If the clinical pictures showed a similar uveitis with typical hypopyon, the pathological ocu-lar findings may reveal different changes depending upon the clinical stages, respectively. The characteristic changes are identified as the specular pan-uveitis with allergic recurrent perivasculitis.
