眼圧測定法による眼圧値の差の要因

Factors for variable readings of intraocular pressure dependent on different tonometric methods

要約　目的：非接触式眼圧計（NCT）とGoldmann圧平眼圧計（GAT）による眼圧測定値が異なる要因の解明。対象と方法：一般外来患者114例228眼について，NCTとGATによる眼圧，瞼裂幅，角膜厚を測定した。結果：NCTとGATによる眼圧値には有意の相関があった。右眼についてはr＝0.802，p＜0.000，左眼についはr＝0.881，p＜0.000である。NCTとGATによる眼圧測定値の差は角膜厚と有意に相関した。右眼についてはr＝0.300，p＝0.026，左眼についてはr＝0.318，p＝0.020である。瞼裂幅と2方法による眼圧測定値とには相関がなかった。結論：角膜厚はNCTによる眼圧測定値に影響する因子である。

Abstract.　Purpose：To identify factors for different values of intraocular pressure（IOP）by noncontact tonometer（NCT）and Goldmann applanation tonometer（GAT）. Methods：A total of 228 eyes in 114 outpatients were measured for IOP by NCT and GAT,corneal thickness and width of palpebral fissure. Results：The IOP measured by NCT and GAT showed a significant correlation（p＜0.000）. The difference in IOP by NCT and GAT was significantly correlated with the corneal thickness（right eye：p＝0.026,left eye：p＝0.020）. The difference by NCT and GAT readings showed no correlation with the width of palpebral fissure. Conclusion：IOP reading by NCT is influenced by corneal thickness.
