特発性葡萄膜炎の全身的検索特に肝・腎・副腎機能について

Systemic examination of idiopathic uveitis, Especially concerning the liver, kidney and adrenal gland function

緒言

　特発性葡萄膜炎の原因に関しては，古くは結核，梅毒，又最近有力となつて来たウイルス説を含めて，種々研究報告があるが，まだ確定するには至つていない。

　1906年Vogt^1）の亜急性重症虹彩毛様体炎に腱毛・眉毛白変の報告，1914年小柳氏に依る葡萄膜炎に伴う毛髪の脱落白変に就いての2症例報告^2），更に1922年原田氏の両眼の網膜剥離を伴える急性脈絡膜炎の報告^3）等に始まる特発性葡萄膜炎は，その特異なる臨床症状により，全身的疾患と見做されるものであるが，先に馬島氏^4）は，特発性葡萄膜炎に潜在性肝機能障害が屡々認められたことを報告した。

Liver, kidney and adrenal function tests were performed on 14 cases of idiopathic uveitis.

(1) Latent disturbance of liver function was observed frequently in severe cases and cases with falling and whitening of the hair. Recovery in the liver function was seen in the cases with improvement in ocular symptoms.

(2) As to renal functions, slight decrease in urine volume and in diuresis was found. These symptoms, however, are more likely to be secondary to the hepatic and adrenal disturbances.

(3) Adrenal functions were lower normal in most cases.
