暗順応経過における先天性全色盲のERG

　先天性全色盲眼のERGのb波の暗順応経過は，Elenius　&　Heck （1957）が既に報告している。又，暗順応経過に於けるERGと光覚閾値の関係は，Karpe　&　Tansley （1948），Johnson　&Riggs （1951）により論ぜられている。我々は，先天性全色盲患者のERG並に光覚を並行的に検査したので成績をのべる。

By means of measuring of b-wave amplitude the progress of dark adaptation was determined in one case of congenital achromatopsia (rod-monochromatism). The dark adaptation for the achromatic proceeds more rapidly than that for the normal subject. The dark adaptation velocity for the achromatic was hardly influenced by luminance of pre-adaptation, while that for the normal was dependent upon the pre-adaptation lumin-ance.
