ERG・c波の明，暗順応による波形変動

Variation of the human ERG c-wave during light and dark adaptation

　正常人眼のERG・c波について，種々の記録条件下で，最も良好な波形を得る条件を探索すること，ならびに明，暗両順応下におけるc波の動態の観察を試み，以下の特性が明らかとなつた。

　（1）十分に安定したc波を記録するためには，前明順応照度1,000lux，前明順応時間5分，前暗順応時間30秒以上，刺激持続時間10秒以上，刺激強度50luxの条件が適当であつた。

　（2）暗順応過程におけるc波振幅の変動経過は，前明順応照度によつて影響され，前明順応照度が1,000luxの場合は暗順応開始後11〜13分に最低値を持つ谷型の変動経過を示し，前明順応が10luxの場合には，c波振幅は暗順応が経過するとともに直線的に増大した。

　（3）明順応過程におけるc波振幅の変動は，前明順応照度（1,000，あるいは10lux），明順応照度（10,100，あるいは300lux），さらには刺激強度（5，あるいは50lux）のいずれの条件によつても左右されず，約7分にピークを形成する山型の経過を示した。

　（4）前明順応1,000lux，前明順応時間5分，刺激光強度50lux，明順応照度5luxの記録条件でのc波振幅の変動経過は，EOG曲線に極めて類以した経過を示した。

　（5）正常眼であれば，前明順応照度1,000lux前明順応時間5分，刺激光強度50lux，明順応照度5luxを用いれば，何らかのc波振幅が明，暗順応経過中に，検出可能であつた。

The DC registered human ERG c-waves were recorded from 118 normal subjects during dark and light adaptation for the purpose of clinical application.

The course of changes in c-wave amplitude during dark adaptation was mainly affected by the pre-light adaptation luminosity. At a fixed pre-light adaptation luminosity of 1,000 lux, c-wave amplitudes were high at the beginning of the dark adaptation course and then diminished gradually to the bottom at 11 to 13 minutes of dark adaptation.
