要約 目的:新規に開発したゴーグル型暗順応計の仕様と性能の報告。方法:明順応と暗順応過程での刺激光として用いるため,ゴーグル内に白色LEDを装備した。暗順応の検査中,刺激光の強度を変化させ,光を感じたらボタンで応答させるようにした。結果は液晶タッチパネルを備えた本体に暗順応曲線として表示される。まず57歳正常者にKohlrausch屈曲点,第1相と第2相暗順応曲線が得られる条件を求めた。次に27~36歳の正常者10名を対象とし,同じ条件で暗順応を測定した。結果:正常者10名で,従来から知られている正常眼での暗順応曲線に近似した結果が得られた。結論:今回開発したゴーグル型暗順応計は,簡便で有用である。
Abstract. Purpose:To report the design and function of newly developed dark adaptometer using a pair of goggles. Method:The present system has a white light emitting diode(LED)built in the goggles to serve as stimulus for prior light adaptation and during dark adaptation. The patient was asked to respond by pushing a button when the light stimulus is noticed during the course of adaptometry. The response is displayed as dark adaptometric curve on a liquid crystal touch panel. The response by a 57-year-old normal person was used to set the baseline conditions of the system regarding the Kohlrausch point and first and second dark adaptation curve. Ten normal persons, aged from 27 to 36 years, were tested under the same condition. Results:Responses by the 10 normal persons closely simulated the standard dark adaptation curve. Conclusion:The findings show the usefulness of the present system as dark adaptometer.
