Dark Adaptation Curve in Amblyopic Eyes

I．緒言

　弱視眼の暗順応検査は臨床面では，真正弱視の診断，比較弱視との鑑別，弱視治療の予後の判定などに意義のある検査といわれている。

　Ludvigh （1942）はAmblyopia ex anopsiaの或るものは特異的な暗順応を示すと述べている。Oppel （1958）は片眼斜視弱視患者の暗順応は，錐状体では悪い閾値を示すが，杆状体ではほとんど正常であると述べている。von Noorden＆Burian （1959）は斜視弱視眼の視力は照度を減じても，あまり低下しないと述べている。またOppel （1960）は機能的原因で視力低下を来たした眼の暗順応はそう悪くはないが，器質的原因によるものは暗順応も悪いと報告している。Wee—kers （1962）は弱視眼の暗順応は錐状体ではやや不良であるが，視力の低下度に比較すればそう悪くはないと述べている。Saiduzzafar （1963）は弱視眼の暗順応は一般に正常眼よりもやや悪いが一部の症例では正常眼とほとんど同じものもあると報告している。

Using the Goldmann/Weekers dark-adapto-meter, dark adaptation curve was investigated in nine pure amblyopic eyes and eleven rela-tive amblyopic eyes. The results obtained we-re compared with those of eleven normal eyes.

The following conclusions were drawn:

1. The early dark-adaptation threshold of the pure amblyopia was significantly higher than normal, but subsequently it gradually became similar to normal.

2. The threshold of the relative amblyopia was constantly higher than normal.
