滑車上神経局所麻酔による近視治療法について

Treatment of myopia by local anesthesia of the supratrochlear nerve. Behandlung der Myopie durch die lokale Anastisierung von dem Nervus supratrochlearis.

緒言

　近視の治療法は現在まで多くの眼科医により種種の方法が試みられて居るが，それ等の方法には確実な効果を示すものが少く，また応用範囲が限られて居て，まだ不完全と言う他はない。

　例えば（Fukala）フカラ氏水晶体摘出術は1つの有効な近視治療法^1）2）であるが，その適用範囲は，ごく高度近視に限られ，時に合併症を伴なう事が有るからあまり利用価値の大きい治療法とは言えない。佐藤教授の角膜表裏両面切開法^{3）4）5）6）}は，軽度ないし中等度近視に利用され応用範囲最も広く効果はみるべきものがあるが，高度の熟練を必要とする。

The author happened to find that slight myopia tend to be cured or alleviated by a local anesthesia of supratrochlear nerve at Incisura supra orbitalis. This phenomenon concerns to refractive state was systematically studied. The author used 1.0—1.75cc. of Nupercain for the injection.

121 eyes without neuralgia including myopia under—4.5D., myopic astigmatism under-2.75D., hypermetropia under+0.5D, and emmetropia were examined. The reduction of re-fractive error was find in 85.4% of myopic cases. The maximum reduction was 1.5D.Hypermetrization was generally observad in emmetropia and hypermetropia.
