3 cases of the Marcus Gunn's phenomenon

　Marcus Gunn （1883）により始めて報告されたこの現象は，我国に於いては明治26年大西克知氏が報告して以来，今日迄に40数例の報告があり，他方欧米に於いてはGrant （1936）が101例の患者について論評を行つている。

　我々は最近遺伝的関係を認める患者2名を含めて3名の患者を観察する機会を得たのでここに報告し，併せて若干の考案を加えたい。

3 cases of the Marcus Gunn's phenomenon were reported.

The 1st cases in a 13 years old girl, showed the right partial ptosis at rest and the ret-ruction of the paretic upper eyelid occured when the jaw was opened or deviated to the left side or protruded.

The 2nd case in a 28 years old female, showed partial ptosis of the right upper eyelid. The lid was elevated on opening the mouth or shoving the jaw to the left.

The 3rd case in a 6 years old girl, showed the same association movement as the 2 nd case. She was a niece of the 2nd case.
