Abstract 文献概要

　皮膚，粘膜及眼に一連と思われる症状の出現する疾患は古くより知られている。

　この種疾患はRendu （1916）及Fiessinger（1917）の記載したEctodermose érosive plu-riorificielle及Behçet （1937）の記載したBe-hçet氏病を始めとして，その類似疾患は10指に余り，未だその分類さえ確定されず，この為かかる疾患群の概念そのものまで混乱を来しているのが現状である。

5 cases of muco-cutaneo-ocular syndrome (3 cases of muco-cutaneo-oculo-epithelial and 2 ca-ses of muco-cutaneo-oculo-uveal) were observed and considered in detail about thier causes through the consequences of the treatment.

From our observations, we can definitely conclude that the former disease are induced by a certain virus because Tetracycline treatment wete effective.

As to the latter cases, no remarkable effects were observed.

One of latter cases has occured acutely and the then passed to chronic type.
