眼底血圧の推移を観察した特発性葡萄膜炎の1例

A Case of Idiopathic Uveitis Observed its Change of Retinal Arterial Pressure

緒言

　眼底血圧の研究は高血圧性疾患において特に盛んであるが，その他の諸種疾患においても，古来よりその測定がよく行われて来た。私は最近偶然の機会により原田氏病の患者について，発病のごく初期からその測定を行い，長期間経過を観察し，高血圧があつて殊にその初期に極めて高い眼底血圧を呈したために，悪性高血圧症と紛らわしかつた1例を経験したので，その成績を報告する。

A 46 years old female visited internal medicine department with complaints of headache, vertigo and acute bilateral visual disturbance : and was referred to ophthalmological depart-ment for examination of hypertensive eye changes. Neuroretinopathy was first doubted from the ophthalmological findings such as retinal arteric sclerosis, edema of the disc and the surrounding retina, and marked ocular hypertension.

Iridocyclitis, marked retinal edema and amotio retinae appeared during the course and the case was re-diagnosed as Harada's disease, for which treatments including oral admini-stration of Prednison were given.
