Some Findings on the Gastric Juice of Becet's Disease Patients

緒言

　私共は，ベーセツト氏病に就いて，既に各方面から色々と検討を加えて来たが，今回は粘膜系統の一部として，消化管系，とくに胃の粘膜性状を胃液について調べて見た。

　その理由は，本症で，症状の増悪が，食餌と関係ありと考えられたこともあり，又消化管系の違和感と関係あると考えられたこともあつたからである。

The author conducted the examination of the gastric juice for 3 patients of man (case 1; 32 years old, case 2: 42 years old, case 3 : 25 years old).

Case 1 and 2 : In the time of an empty stomach the gastric juice proved already hypera-cidity, and the acidity graph also showed a curve of anaphylactic-and stopage-hyperacidity.

Case 3 : It was almost normal, of the gastric juice in the time of an empty stomach, of highest free hydrochloric acid, and of maximum acidity, however the acidity graph was a curve typically observed in the case of hyperacidity.

There was no definite difference among the 3 cases for other findings.
