乳児黒内障性家族性痴呆症（テイ・ザックス氏病）の臨床的および組織学的知見

The clinical and histological observation of a case of infantile amaurotic family idiocy (Tay-Sachs disease)

　乳児黒内障性家族性痴呆症Idiotia amaurot-ica familiaris infantilisは，テイ・ザツクス氏病とよばれ，特異な眼底像によつて知られる家族遺伝性疾患のひとつである。

　本症の定型的な1例について，その臨床経過の観察と共に，剖検の機会にも恵まれたので，これを報告する。

The authers reported the clinical and histological observation of a case of the infantile amaurotic family idiocy (Tay-Sachs' disease).

The patient was a male child aged 11 months, whose parents were cousins. The baby was weak but developed normally until about the third month, when it became dull and apathetic. It was treated under a suspicion of congenital torticollis during six months after that.
