各種全身麻酔剤の使用経験

Application of Drugs of Reinforced and General Anesthesia to Ophthalmic Surgery

　眼科領域では，大多数の手術が局所麻酔で行えるので，全身麻酔が用いられるのは稀である。唯小児，低能者，神経質者で，手術時安静が保てない時に使用せられて来た。

　先に著者の一人湖崎及び満田は，クロールプロマジンの手術時の使用経験を，第54回大阪眼科集談会で発表し，眼紀誌上に掲載して鎮静作用を認め，眼科手術前に投与する事に依り手術が極めて容易に行い得ると報告したが，今回は各種眼科手術時に尚其れに抗ヒスタミン剤を添加したもの，更に塩酸ペチヂンを添加したもの，又此れを導入麻酔としてバルビタール製剤の静注，直腸内注入，エーテルの吸入麻酔等の全身麻酔を行つた経験を得たので此処に報告する次第である。

An application of chlorpromazine and a few anesthetics to eye surgery was studied in 146 patients.

Methods of anesthesia included :

Method A : single use of chlorpromazine

Method B : chlorpromazine + antihistamine

Method C : chlorpromazine + promethazine + pethidine

Method D : combination of method C as premedication and intravenous or rectal administration of "Isozole"

The results obtained were as follows :

1) Method A produced the same results as mentioned in the previous report.
