Glaucomatocyclitic crises （Posner and Schlossman）の2例

Reports on 2 cases of glaucomatocyclitic crises (Posner and Schlossman)

　1947年にPosner and Schlossmanが1側性の毛様体炎を伴う反復性緑内障を一独立疾患として報告し，これをGlaucomatocyclitic crisesと名づけた。本症は原発性急性緑内障と，続発性緑内障といずれにも共通点を持ちながら，そのいずれとも異つた点を持つ特異な疾患とされ，今まで外国では多数の報告例があるが，わが国では今井の1例が報告されたのみである。私らは最近本症と思われる2症例を経験した。尤も2例ともに最初は急性炎性緑内障と診断し，後になつて本症であると信ずるに至つたもので，眼科医としての常識からみて，たしかに戸惑いさせられる疾患と思われるので報告する。

2 cases regarded as glaucomatocyclitic crises (Posner and Schlossman) were described.

1st case : The increase of intraocular tension amounting to 30 to 70mmHg in the right eye, and attacks of the emergence of keratic precipitates accompanied by the increase of tension appeared repeatedly 7 times in the observation during approximately one year.

So Elliot's trepanation was conducted on this to prevent recurrence of the attacks but it was ineffective.

2nd case : The same sort of attacks noted in the 1st case was also occurred twice in this fits case in the right eye at the intervals of one month.
