Glaucomatocyclitic crises （Posner and Schlossman）と考えられる一症例

One Case of suspected Glaucomatocyclitic crises (Posner and Schlossman)

　Adolph Posner及びAbraham Schlossman^1）は1948年に「毛様体炎の症状を伴つて片眼性に再発を繰り返えす緑内障発作について」なる題目の下に，特異な症状及び経過を呈する症例についての観察の結果を発表し，この特異な症候群をGlaucomatocyclitic crisesと命名したが，当時Sallman^2）もこのような症例の存在することを認め，その後Theodore^3），Billet^4），　Vanters^5）は夫々同様の症状経過を示した症例を報告し，Posner^6）7）は更に症例を追加報告し，Grant^8）は本症患者のTonog-raphyの成績について論及し，又Theodore^3）によるとKornzweigやDouglasも同様の症例を観察している。これらの人々の意見では本症候群はさほど珍らしいものとは思えないと云うことであるが，我が国では未だ報告を見ない。

　Posner及びSchlossman^1），　Posner^6）7），Theodore^3），Billet^4）等の論文から，本症候群の特異な点を摘録して見ると次の如くになる。

The 53 yr. old mele patient has had repeated attachs which showed similar symptoms each times during 4.5 yrs. since May, 1950. In the attachs, the intraocular pressure has been inc-reased abruptly like acute congestive glaucoma and simultaneously or little later, very small whitish gray precipitates were appeared but no extensive congestion like acute congestive glau-coma was found. Slight mydriasis was recognized.

These signs would be disappeared in few days or few weeks by the topical application of 1 % pilocarpine or cortisone. No functional deterioration, palor and cupping of disc and posterior synechias have been left.
