房水眼圧恢復試験の臨床的応用（予報）—特に角膜移植術の適応検査に於ける価値について

Clinical evaluation of aqueous and tension recovery test (preliminary)

　角膜移植術の成績は角膜の中央に限局した無血管性の溷濁で他の眼組識が全く健康である場合に最も好結果である事は広く認められているがこうした症例は比較的尠い。虹彩毛様体に萎縮変性等の病変がある場合には，房水の生産が阻碍され移植片の栄養が充分で無い為に透明治癒が望まれない。角膜が不透明で前房の状態が明らかでない場合，赤外線写真や斜照法等によつて或程度前房内の状態を知り得る事が出来るが，虹彩毛様体の代謝機能等は全く知る事が出来ない。こうした場合の診断的一方法として筆者は前房水を吸引した後の眼圧恢復状態を追求する事によつて簡単に虹彩毛様体の房水生成状態を知る事を考案した。そしてこのテストを房水眼圧恢復試験（AqueousTension Recovery Test）と名附け臨床的に価値のあるテストである事を認めた。

　房水を吸引した後の眼圧恢復に関しては，Kro-nfeld　&　Lin^1），Baratta^2）等の研究があるが角膜移植の適応検査に用いたものは無い。又筆者は此のテストを角膜移植術の適応検査以外の場合にも応用して緑内障の素因のある眼の発見や，外傷後の視力恢復の予後の判定にも役立つ事を発見した。本テストは単に注射器とトノメーターさえあれば臨床家にとつて誰にでも実施出来るので推奨したいと思う。

The recovery of aqueous humor and intraocular tension followed the complete withdra-wal of human aqueous humor was traced by tonometory. The author named this test aq-ueous and tension recovery test. The clinical evaluation of the test was recognized in the cases of keratoplasty, retinal detachment and injured eyes, because the result of the test appeared the metabolic function of intraocular fluid from the iris and ciliary body. In 5 cases of normal human eyes, the recovery of intraocular tension to the normal level was obtained from 120 min. to 140 min. after the paracentesis.
