硝子体に及ぼす水晶体摘出の影響

Studies on the vitreous body in aphakic rabbits

〔Ⅰ〕緒言

　眼内圧に対する硝子体の占める役割については，1895年，Koster^1）氏が始めて，7／1000容である25cu．mmの増加によっても眼内圧が19mmHgより70mmHgに上昇することを見出して以来，1908年，M．H．Fischer^2）氏は摘出動物眼球を弱酸中に浸した時に，眼球重量の増加と眼球硬化を来すことより，硝子体膨化の問題をとりあげ，edemaが原因であるとする酸性膨化説を提案し，その後Knappe^1）氏（1910年）やRuben^1）氏（1912年）も同様の事実を見出しているが，硝子体膨化の為ではないと反論し，FurthとHan-ke^1）氏は滲透の面より膨化能力について論じ，1924年BaurmannとThiessen^1）氏が，1925年Gala^3）氏が硝子体膨化とpHとの関聯性について所見を述べ我国に於ても中村競^63）氏が意見を述べているが，硝子体より寧ろ鞏膜にその重要性をおいている。

Extracapsular extraction of the lens was performed on the left eyes of 16 male albino rabbits, and right eyes were taken as a control. These rabbits were divided into the fo-llowing three groups—A: 8 rabbits with discission after the extraction (enucleated eyes were frozen with dry ice), B:4 rabbits without discission after the extraction (enucleated eyes were frozen with dry ice), C: 4 rabbits with discission after the extraction (enucleated eyes were not frozen).
