Opromazine which is derivatives from Chlorpromazine-sulphride-the compound produced by oxidation of Chlorpromazine in body and discharged into urine, has a mild action and less virulence, and it causes no hypotony in rising. Author injected 25 mg of Chlorpro-mazine and Opromazine into mascular of healthy man and investigated a relation between the falling action of ocular tension and the change of blood pressure and pulse, and further observed the falling action of ocular tension in various glaucomatous eyes. The results are as follows.
