プレドニンとアクサー併用により著効を見たる炎性偽腫瘍と鞏膜周辺角膜炎の1例

A Case of Inflammatory Pseudotumor and Sclerokeratitis suddenly improved in combination of Predonine and ACTH.

緒言

　眼の炎性偽腫瘍は従来臨床的には時折遭遇するものであり，病理組織学的には特異の像を示さないものが多く，診断は病初から一定期間過ぎなくてはつけられぬことが多い。殊に最近に至つてコーチゾン系の優秀な薬物が使用される様になつて之が著効を奏し，はつきりした症状を示さぬうちに治つて了い充分の所見が掴めず従つて診断も後になつて炎性偽腫瘍であつたであろうと云う事が多くなつて来た様である。

　炎性偽腫瘍とは一応アレルギー性の病変と解する事が出来，従而極めて広汎な疾患群を包括する症候名であつて之がため最新のコーチゾン系の薬物を大量投与して多くは治る様であるが時に所謂劇的効果を収め得ない場合があつても止むを得ないことである。

A twenty one years old man. Tumor occurred at the right upper eye-lid, and the extra-ction of this tumor was carried out. But sclerokeratitis occurred at the same place, and made little satisfactory progress by dropping lotion of cortisone, hot compress, and conti-nuous internal use of Predonine. So still more the author administered him ACTH and frequently dropped lotion of Atropine in his eye, and then he touk a sudden turn for the case.

The hitherto so-called inflammatory pseudotumor is not an unit disease, but a symptom name of the disease which has a certain symptom.
