粉乳中毒患者の眼症状

Ophthalmic Symptoms of Patients Intoxicated with Dry Milk

　全身的に高度の貧血，色素沈着，発熱，肝臓肥大，下痢等を認める粉乳中毒患児32名に就て前眼部及び眼底を検査した。被検児は生後3カ月から2年迄の乳幼児32名（男16名，女16名）で内入院患児22名，外来患児10名である。全身的には重症4名，中等症21名，軽症7名となつている。32名の患児に就ての前眼部及び眼底所見，軽症，中等症，重症別分類は第2表の如くである。

I examined anterior parts of eye and eye grounds of 32 patients intoxicated by dry milk of from 3 months to 2 years.

1) Anterior ophthalmologic views: 6 with normal conjunctiva, 5 with anaemia, 1 with Edema palpebrae inferior and conjunctivae bulbosum, 5 with redness of conjuctiva, 2 with trachoma, 1 with inflammation of Margo palpebralis and 12 with acute and subacute con-junctivitis.

2) Views in eye ground: compared with the views in eye ground of 25 normal sucklings.
