（46）眼部悪性腫瘍の2例に就いて

Two cases of tumors in eye

　悪性腫瘍の診断及びその予後の判定は従来からその臨床所見と試験切除片の組織学的検査に根拠を置いて居りますがFischer以来組織体外培養が急速に進歩を遂げたので腫瘍組織の体外培養を行つて，予後の判定を行うのも一方法であると考えられます。私共は眼部腫瘍で悪性と推定せられた2例に就いて，腫瘍組織の体外培養を行い其の培養成績と臨床経過とを比較して一定の関係が認められたのでここに報告いたします。

This report is on the two cases of malignant tumors in eye which we had recently met with. Their prognostic was found to have a constant relation with their clinical progress, their histological views and the invitro culture of removed tumor tissues. Those of which prognostic aggrevation was quick were vigorous in histological and invitro development, proliferation and cell-division. From this point of view the invitro culture of tumor tissue is an important me-thod for the prognostic of malignant tumor.
