球結膜下注射後に形成されたPhlyctaen様新生物に就いて—第2報 膿瘍型

On the phlyctenoid formed after Subconjunctival Injection:The 2nd report. Type of Abscess

1．緒言

　私共が第一報に於て，結膜下注射跡に発生するPhlyctaen様新生物のTuberculoid型を報告したが，第Ⅱ報に於ては，同様条件下に於て第一報のTuberculoid型と臨床的にも，組織学的にも，やや異る化膿性炎症と見做すべぎ組織像を呈する例を得たので報告する。

We have reported a type of tuberculoid, in the 1st report, which was differentiated among the phlyctenoid formed after subconjunctival injection. In this report we will report the two cases of purulent inflammation different from the tuberculoid. Clinically, it has a more or less stronger objective and subjective symptoms compared with the tuberculoid and has more yellow tone. Histologically it has no epitheloid cell and giant cell, and is composed chiefly of lycocytes or lymphocytes.
