1. By the clinical and laboratory examination, especially by the craniotomy, we could find the organic signs at the special site of the cerebral basis near the pituitary fossa. It was acknowledged that this change, infiltration, exudation or hemorrhage cause the attack of mig-raine. Migraine vulgaris, simplex, ophthalmica, and ophthalmoplegica occurr respectively accor-ding to the width of the diseased area.

2. For the healthy man who has neither anamnesis of epilepsy nor dispositiono,intracarotid injection of Gleran, Sodium iodide, Chininum hydrothloricum, or Novocaine caused the typical attack of epilepsy.
