球結膜下注射後に形成されたPhlyctaen樣新生物に就いて—第1報 Tuberculoid型

1．緒言

　結膜下注射により発生する病変としては，結膜下出血，或は急性結膜炎の伝染，或は誘発された虹彩毛様体炎等が拳げられて居る。尚，大塚任教授は結膜下注射後に見る限局性結膜下炎に就いてと題して私の今回報告する諸症例と全く同様の例と思われる例証を報告されて居るが，之れを同教授は限局性の小膿瘍とみられている。然し，私共は大塚教授とはやや異なる見解を有するので柳か茲に報告する。

The subconjunctivitis would be caused occationally in the long term administration of P. A. S. Na. Histologically this disease were proved to be allergy but could not be decided to be tu-berculous allergy or P. A. S. allergy. Even the subconjunctivitis without P. A. S. exanthema had been reported as P. A.S. allergic subconjunctivitis but in histological viewpoint, the tuber-culous allergy should be considered in them.
