球結膜下出血と全身疾患

Systemic involvements in subconjunctival hemorrhage

　球結膜下出血74症例について，全身疾患との関係，出血回数，吸収速度を検討した。

　54例73％に高血圧，糖尿病，高脂血症，動脈硬化または肝疾患の合併があった。血液疾患はなかった。一般的な球結膜出血では，上記全身疾患を伴う症例と伴わない症例の出血回数および吸収速度には大差はなかった。再発性および吸収不良な難治性球結膜下出血の症例は，高血圧，肝疾患，高脂血症を合併している症例が多く，特に複数の上記金身疾患を合併している症例に多く見られる傾向があった。球結膜下出血，特に再発性，吸収不良性の症例には，全身的検索が必要であることが示唆された。

We evaluated 74 cases of subconjunctival hemor-rhage regarding systemic features, past episodes of hemorrhage and rate of its absorption. In 54 cases, 73%, we identified systemic hypertension,diabetes mellitus, hyperlipemia, arteriosclerosis or hepatic lesions. There was no difference in the past inci-dence of hemorrhage and in the rate of absorptionbetween those with and without systemic involve-ments.

There was a tendency for subconjunctival hemor-rhage to persist of recur in patients with multiple systemic lesions including systemic hypertension, hepatic lesions or hyperlipemia.

We advocate thorough systemic examinations in recurrent or persistent subconjunctival hemor-rhage.
