蜘蛛膜下出血死に先駆した嚢腫腎による網膜出血

Subarachnoid Haemorrhage appeared after Haemorrhagia retinae in Ren cysticus

1．緒言

　嚢胞腎（Cystenniere）例に於ける網膜出血の報告は未だ聞かない。理論上起り得る事のようであるが，其の報告に接しないのは，嚢胞腎例其のものが比較的稀な為でもあり，又たとえあつても他の症状におおわれて，眼底疾患を観察する機会が少いがためであるかとも考えられる。私共は腹部腫瘍の診断の下に入院中の患者を偶然診察する機会を得て，網膜に出血性変化の有る事を知り，経過観察中に蜘蛛膜下出血を起して不幸な転機を取つた例があり，剖検の結果，両側腎臓が高度の嚢胞腎であり，その出血性変化が嚢胞腎に多分に関係ある可きを想定し得る例に接した。又，蜘蛛膜下出血に先駆して網膜出血を起しているのを発見されているのは寡聞にして未だこれを聞かないので敢て報告する。

We have experienced a case, 64 years old woman, of haemorrhagia retinae preceded suba-rachnoid haemorrhage, while she had been diagnosed as tumors in cavum abdominale. Both retinal hemorrhage and subarachnoid hemorrhage occurr by the severe angiosclerosis of the blooc vessels. and its hemorrhagia per rhexin. Such severe angiosclerosis is caused by the cystic bidney which was called functionally as nephrocirrhosis by Vorhard and Zondek. It goes without saying that angiosclerosis of high age can be considered as that origin.
