（10）異物性Phlyctenoid．（第I報）

A Phlyctaenoid, which has Foreign-body Giant Cell.(Report 1)

1．緒言

　私共が臨牀上Phlyctaenと診断する例の中には仮性phlyctaen，又はphlyctaenoidが含まれている場合がある。此等が臨牀上全くphlyctaenと鑑別出来ない場合があるからである。此の仮性phlyctaen又はphlyctaenoidは勿論，phlyctaenの組織学的構築に関しては数多くの報告があるが異物巨態細胞が出現して，然かも臨牀上全くphl-yctaenと考えられる症例に関しては未だ明らかな報告を聞かない。私は其の一例に遭遇したので報告する。

We have examined histologically the case which shows clinically a strong resemblance to the genuine case of phlyctaen. The examination proved that it is an inflammatory granulation-tissue containing foreign-body giant cells and differs from the genuine phlyctaen in that it co-ntains, while lacking Langhans' giant cell, foreign giant cells. In this phlyctaenoid no foreign body was found microscopically either in a living body or in an extracted tissue.

Although causes of this phlyctaenoid are not known yet, it should benoted that amoung the cases generally regarded the genuine phlyctaen there exists such a phlyctaenoid.
