色盲用角膜コンタクトレンズ装用による欺瞞に対する看破対策

About the ditection of color amblyopia wearing the corneal contact lens for color blindness.

1．緒言

　最近，色盲用角膜コンタクトレンズが創作されて以来，創作者の善意にも拘らず，之を悪用し，亦，市販に因る乱用で諸身体験査を通過せんとする場合が考えられる。

　私は最近，色神異常者の鉄道職員が運転従事員（機関士）に成ろうとして，色盲用角膜レンズを用い，身体験査に合格したが，体力管理表から再検査の必要を認められ，再検査を行つたが，其の際，色盲用角膜レンズを装用しているのを見出した。私は此の事から，多忙な集団検診の際，非専門医師或は医師の助手でも，斯る欺瞞を看破出来る方法を探究したが，道は近きにあることを知つたので報告する。

One patient of color blindness has passed mass examination by use of conrneal contact lens for color blindness and entered Rail road engineer training school.

Color blindness was discovered to be able to read Ishihara's tests of color bindness and Oku-ma's tests has included some tests which could be read by wearing corneal contact lens for color blindness or the green, blue, brown or yellow glasses. Same results were obtained by filming the each test by application of color filter in color film and monochrom film.

The author concluded that groop 4, 5, 8 of Stilling's test should be used beside Ishihara's test.
