（41）ピリドキシン欠乏と眼症状

Pyridoxine deficiency and ocular symptom (pre-announcement)

　1934年Gyorgy^1）は白鼠のペラグラ様皮膚炎を治癒する因子の存在を証明し，之れをビタミンB₆を命名した。爾来幾多の欠乏実験が行われたが，眼科領域ではその欠乏症状は現在尚明らかにされて居らず，僅かにBowles^2）等が白鼠に就いて欠乏食を与えて角膜血管新生を生ぜしめた報告があるのみである。それで私共はピリドキシン欠乏に因る眼疾患に関する研究に志し先ず白鼠にピリドキシン欠乏実験を試み，その眼症状に就いて観察し，又一方臨床的にビタミンB₆欠乏に関連性があると云われて居る眼角部瞼炎患者の尿中ピリドキシンを定量し，その一端を知り得たので茲に予報として報告する。

The experiment of VB₆ deficiency in white #Rat, 190 GR. to 250 GR. in weight, were done, consequently blepharo-conjunctivitis and neoplasty of corneal blood vessels were recognized clinicaly. In the histological study, the corneous hyperplasty of the epithel of eyelid skin and cell infiltration consisting of lymphocyte, monocyte and plasmacell were proved in eye-lid and under the palpebral conjunctiva, in the cornea, the neoplasty of blood vessels in superficial lyer of parenchyma #were found.
