Drug-induced purpuraと思われる1症例—フルオレセイン静注と血小板動態について

Drug-induced Purpura. Report of a case and Thrombocyte Count Following Intravenous Fluorescein

緒言

　螢光眼底撮影の際用いる螢光色素剤5％（10％）Fluorescein．　Na （以後Fl．—Naと略）の副作用については，すでに多くの報告がなされ，注目されている。

　今回私達は5％　Fl．—Na静注によると思われるDrug-induced purpuraの1例を経験したので報告する。さらにこの発端症例に興味をもち，5％　Fl．—Na静注前後の血小板数を検査したのでその結果をのべ，あわせて文献的考察を行なう。

A 33-year-old male with pulmonary sarcoi-dosis developed purpura and thrombocytopenia seven days after routine fluorescein angiogra-phy with a single shot of 10ml of 5% fluore-scein sodium. The episode was temporary one and the patient made an uneventful recovery.

After this incident, the authors started thro-mbocyte counts shortly before and two weeks after fluorescein angiography in 29 clinical subjects. A remarkable decrease in thrombocy-tes was observed in two cases.
