光凝固を行なつた特発性虹彩嚢腫の1例

A Case of Spontaneous Iris Cyst Treated with Photocoagulation

緒言

　特発性虹彩嚢腫は，穿孔性眼外傷後あるいは眼手術後に発生する外傷性虹彩嚢腫の報告が比較的多いのに比して^{1,3,19〜21）}，きわめてまれなものである。著者は，今回40歳女性の左眼に認められた特発性と考えられる虹彩嚢腫の1例を経験し，これに対してアルゴンレーザーによる光凝固を行ない，嚢腫を縮小せしめることができた。外傷性虹彩嚢腫に対するクセノンランプを用いた光凝固法の報告はあるが^{2,16,17,21）}，特発性虹彩嚢腫に対しては従来，嚢腫壁切開術，摘出術などの外科的療法のみであり^9,18），光凝固を行なつた報告例はないので，著者の経験した症例の臨床経過を報告し，本法の問題点について考えたい。

A spontaneous iris cyst, occupying one third of the anterior chamber, was seen in the left eye of a 40-year-old female. The cyst was photocoagulated with argon laser. During the follow-up period over ten months, the cyst wall was open and no recurrence was found. Transient ocular hypertension and iritis occurred after photocoagulation.
