（25C2-22）　Vogt—小柳—原田病の新鮮例17症例について超音波生体顕微鏡を用いて，治療前後での前房深度と隅角の広さを計測し，毛様体脈絡膜剥離の有無を観察した。34眼中15眼（44％）で，毛様体脈絡膜剥離がみられた。毛様体脈絡膜剥離は副腎皮質ステロイド薬の全身投与後，全例で消失した。同時に前房深度は深くなり，隅角は広くなった。毛様体脈絡膜剥離のない眼でも同様の傾向がみられた。その変化量の平均は，毛様体脈絡膜剥離がある眼で明らかに大きかった。以上の結果から，毛様体脈絡膜剥離の存在がVogt—小柳—原田病新鮮例の浅前房の主因であると結論した。

We examined the anterior segment of 34 eyes with Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome in its early stage. We used an ultrasound biomicroscope. Ciliochoroidal detachment was detected in 15 eyes (44%) . After systemic treatment with corticosteroid, the ciliochroidal detachment disappeared, followed by deepening of the anterior chamber and widening of the chamber angle. Changes in the depth of anterior chamber and the chamber angle was more remarkable in eyes with ciliochoroidal detachment than in those without. The findings show that ciliochoroidal detachment is a major contributary feature for the transient shallow anterior chamber during the early stage of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome.
