螢光・赤外同時撮影眼底カメラについて

Simultaneous Fluorescence and Infrared Fundus Photography

緒言

　近年Hochheimerら（1972）^1）により赤外吸光眼底影撮法（infra-red absorption angiograp—hy）が報告されている。本法は赤外吸光色素Indocyanine Green （以下ICG）を用い，螢光眼底影撮法と同様の色素の静脈内投与による安全な眼底造影法であるが，螢光眼底造影像と異なり，脈絡膜血管の造影が可能で，色素の血管外漏出がみられないという特徴がある。すなわち，螢光眼底影撮法を網膜血管造影法とすれば，本法は脈絡膜血管造影法といえるものである。したがつて螢光眼底影撮法と，赤外吸光影撮法を同時に影撮することができれば，おのおのの造影法のもつ利点を十分に臨床応用できるものと考えられる。

　かかる視点より，われわれは螢光色素と赤外吸光色素の混合静脈内投与による影撮方法について検討しているが，今回，広域干渉フィルター，フィルター・ミラー，dualphotosystemを利用した螢光赤外同時撮影機を試作したので報告する。

A Zeiss fundus camera was modified in ord-er to enable simultaneous fundus photography in fluorescence and infrared. A wide-band int-erference filter, TB II-13 (Tokyo Kogaku Co.), which two transmittance ranges at 400-500 nm and 700 nm and up. Two camera bodies were incorporated in the photographing system with the use of image splitter so that simultaneous fundus photography could be conducted in the fluorescence and infrared ranges.
