虹彩毛様体炎よりサルコイドージスと診断した尿崩症例

A Case of Sarcoidosis Associated with Iridocyclitis and Diabetes Insipidus

緒言

　総合病院においては，各診療科が互に患者を紹介し合つて診断の正確を期しているが，偶々内科に入院中の尿崩症の一患者が，視力障害を訴え，虹彩毛様体炎の原因としてサルコイドージスによることをつきとめ，尿崩症の原因が同じくサルコイドージスによつて起こつたと推定した症例である。

A case of 24-year old male with chronic rec-urrent iridocyclitis complicated with the typical enlargement of lungs lymphatic glands shown by X-rays examinations reported. Physical ex-aminations revealed that he had also diabetes insipidus.

The ocular symptoms and gross langs lymp-hatic glands gradually disappeared with the steroid therapy in one year. During 5 years and 6 monthes, the symtoms of diabetes insip-idus, however, were not cured completely.
