尿崩症と緑内障を伴つたサルコイドージスの1例

A Case of Sarcoidosis Complicated with Diabetes Insipidus and Glaucoma

I．緒言

　尿崩症は，間脳下垂体系疾患であり，間脳下垂体と眼圧との関連は認められている^1）。しかし，尿崩症と緑内障の合併例は，みられない。

　我々は，サルコイドージス（サと略す）が原因と診断されたこの合併例を経験したが，本症例の如くサの一症状として尿崩症を呈することは，極めて稀であり，本邦で3例目である^{2）3）4）5）}。緑内障を合併した例は初めてである。

A discription is given over a case of sarcoi-dosis complicated with diabetes insipidus and glaucoma in a 31 year-old male, whose intra-ocular pressures were controled by iridencleisis.

It has not been observed that diabetes insi-pidus, the disease of the pituitary diencepharic system, complicates with glaucoma thought of the same system according to a certain theory. This case is the third interpreted as sarcoidosis with diabetes insipidus in Japan.
