Iridoschisisを伴つたアトピー性白内障の1例—貼布反応により手術時の使用薬剤を選択して良好な結果を得た例

Atopic Cataract Accompanied by Iridoschisis.:Report of A Case.

I．緒言

　アトピー性白内障はまれな疾患であるが，本邦ですでに18例^1）〜6）の報告があり，特に近年2,3の報告をみる。著者らはIridoschisisを伴つたアトピー性白内障の1例に遭遇したが，手術前に皮膚科医の協力を得て，高度なアトピー性皮膚炎の改善をはかり，また手術時に使用する薬剤の影響をできるだけ少なくするため，種々の薬剤につき貼布反応を行ない，薬剤を選択してから手術を行なつて，術後順調な経過をみた症例を経験したのでここに報告する。

A report is presented of a 17-year-old male in whom acute development of atopic cataract and iridoschisis was observed in both eyes.

The simultaneous and acute pattern of onset of cataract and iridoschisis seemed to indicate the presence of a causal relationship between the two conditions. The cataract in both eyes co-uld successfully be operated on by avoiding possibly irritant drugs during surgery.
