  • Look Inside

This 22-year-old man had a documented his-tory of blurred vision and reduced vision in the right eye since 5 to 18 years of age, diagnosed by an ophthalmologist as uveitis. Annual X-ray examination of the chest had been reportedly normal during these times.

On December 15, 1966, he suddenly complained of blurred vision in the same eye with uveitis, retinal perivasculitis and secondary glaucoma. The chest X-ray was normal, though scalene node biopsy was positive at that time.

On October 21, 1967, X-ray of chest revealed BHL and lung lesion which disappeared sponta-neously 7 months later.
