眼サルコイドージス（第6報）—胸部病変がおくれて出現した1例

A Rare Case of Ocular Sarcoidosis Followed by Chest Involvement

緒言

　サルコイドージスの主病変が胸部病変であることは一般に認められているが，これを欠く症例も少数みられ，全身の病変の相互の関係は発生機序とからんで興味を持たれているところである。われわれの報告する1例は，胸部病変が眼病変よりはるかにおくれて出現したきわめて稀なものであるが，逆に胸部病変が早くから出没していた可能性を示唆するものであつた。

This 22-year-old man had a documented his-tory of blurred vision and reduced vision in the right eye since 5 to 18 years of age, diagnosed by an ophthalmologist as uveitis. Annual X-ray examination of the chest had been reportedly normal during these times.

On December 15, 1966, he suddenly complained of blurred vision in the same eye with uveitis, retinal perivasculitis and secondary glaucoma.The chest X-ray was normal, though scalene node biopsy was positive at that time.

On October 21, 1967, X-ray of chest revealed BHL and lung lesion which disappeared sponta-neously 7 months later.
