眼窩骨折は交通事故，産業事故の増加により，まれなものではない。今回，私どもは自験例55症例を基に新しい分類を試み，その臨床所見につき考察したので報告する。
文献上多くの眼窩骨折の分類があるが，いずれも一長一短があり，一般に普及している分類はない。
A report is presented on 55 cases wtih va-rious manifestations of orbital fracture. A clas-sification of orbital fracture is advocated with due emphasis on the nature of fracture rather than on its anatomical location.
