2,3の黄斑疾患の螢光眼底所見について—（その2）黄斑部網膜脳層の漿液性剥離をきたした家族性ドルーゼの一例

Fluorescein Angiographic Findings of Some Macular Diseases.:(Part 2) A Case of Familial Drusen Associated with Serous Detachment of Sensory Retinal Layer at the Macula

緒言

　ドルーゼ，すなわち脈絡膜硝子疣は，一般に老人性あるいは退行性眼底病変のひとつであり，特に病的意義のないものとされてきた。最近にいたり，NewellおよびKrill等がドルーゼには3種類のもの，すなわち，①家族性ドルーゼfamilialdrusen，②老人性ドルーゼsenile drusen，③続発性ドルーゼsecondary drusenがあることを，またDeutmannは，この家族性ドルーゼが従来Hutchensonのいうcentral guttate cho—roiditis （Tay）中心性滴状脈絡膜炎，Doyne'shoneycomb dystrophy of the choroid蜂巣状脈絡膜変性，Malattia Levantineseとして記載されてきた疾患と同一のものであることを明らかにしている。

　われわれは最近，家族性ドルーゼと考えられる症例で，黄斑部網膜脳層の漿液性剥離をきたした例を観察したので，その臨床所見と螢光眼底所見とを報告する。

Familial occurrence of drusen in two brothers is reported. Both cases had past history of cen-tral serous chorioretinopathy. During the fol-lowup period, one of them developed serous detachment of the sensory retinal layer at the macula in both eyes. Through fluorescein angio-graphy, the serous detachment of the sensory retina was found to be due to serous leakage from the choroid through one of the drusen.
