An Improved Slitlamp Photography of the Anterior Ocular Segment

はじめに

　細隙灯写真撮影法については，すでに多くの報告があるが^1），とくに画期的な方法として1966年にNieselはScheimpflugの条件を利用して，フイルム面を傾けることにより細隙面をさらに鮮明に撮影する方法を発表した^2）。しかし，この方法は特殊のカメラバックを必要とし像の傾きにより観察がきわめて困難となるなど実現困難な点が多かつた。

　われわれは，角膜，前房とくに水晶体など厚みのある組織の光学切片の精密撮影を目的として撮影系の改良を試み撮影レンズを傾けて前記の条件を満足し，実現性の高い装置を試作，実験をおこなつた。

We developed an apparatus for slitlamp photo-graphy of the anterior ocular segment based on Scheimpflug's principles. In order to attain maximum resolution of the slit image, we used wide-angle objective lens that can be tilted. Our present method promises to be a prototype for a workable slitlamp photographic equipment.
