Large-Sized Fundus Camera : Report I

I．序

　眼底カメラを設計する上で最もむずかしい問題といわれるのは，機械内部に生じる反射，特に使用する対物レンズの表面反射を除くことである。この表面反射を除く方法には幾通りかの種類があるが，大別すると，

1）手持ち直像鏡のように照明する部分と撮影する部分をまつたく別にし，反射が出ないようにする。

The basic optical principles of major fundus-camera is analysed to enable greater perform-ances as concerns resolution power, elimination of ghosts and the area of photographed image. A convex-convex lens was tentatively adopted instead of the hitherto current concave-convex one as the objective. Further theoretical con-siderations will be published in the consecutive reports.
