脈絡膜悪性黒色腫のP32による1診断症例

A Case of Malignant Melanoma of the Choroid Detected by P32 Test

緒言

　脈絡膜悪性黒色腫の疑われる1症例にP³²テストを行ない，陽性結果を得たので同眼を摘出した。病理組織検査の結果では，CallenderのS—pindle B typeの腫瘍細胞が大部分を占める脈絡膜の悪性黒色腫であつた。

A 21-year-old male was referred to the authors on account of retinal detachment. As the case was suggestive of secondary retinal detachment due to malignant melanoma of the choroid, the P³² uptake test was conducted. A highly signi-ficant P³² difference was noted in the ratio of P³² uptake between the suspected tumor and control areas 24 hours after intravenous injec-tion of 350 μC of P³². The histological exami-nation led to the diagnosis of spindle B type malignant melanoma of the choroid.
