脈絡膜悪性黒色腫の7例

Malignant Melanoma of Choroid ; Clinicopathological Report of 7 Tases.

I．緒言

　白人には脈絡膜悪性黒色腫の症例は極めて多く，眼球腫瘍のううでは最も高い比率を示しているが，我国での本症発症率は低く眼球腫瘍としては網膜膠腫を経験することが多いのは周知の如くである。信州大学眼科学教室に於ては，昭和33年から昭和40年7月までに脈絡膜悪性黒色腫5例を経験した。8年間に5例という数は九州大学の26年間に8例という報告に比しやや多いが，いずれにしても本邦の脈絡膜悪性黒色腫は症例が少く，白人のそれと病型を比較し又その特色を知るには更に多くの症例が加えられねばならない。そのような意味で，ここに自験5例，及び当教室で組織検査の結果，脈絡膜悪性黒色腫と判明した2例を加え，計7例について追加報告する。

Seven cases of choroidal malignant melan-oma are reported because of the rarity of the occurrence of this tumor among Japanese as is commonly known.

In 3 cases the tumors were observed dire-ctly by fundoscopy and the diagnosis of malig-nant melanoma was made before surgical re-moval of the eye.ln other cases, however, these were unexpectedly found with microsc-opic examination of the globes after the enu-cleation, primarily diagnosed as secondaryglaucoma, panophthalmitis etc.
