脈絡膜悪性黒色腫の種々相

Various Aspects of Malignant Melanoma

緒言

　周知のごとく悪性黒色腫は，メラニンを産生する細胞の悪性増殖によつて生じ，転移を起こしやすく，予後不良の腫瘍であつて，眼科領域では眼瞼，結膜，虹彩毛様体，脈絡膜，眼窩，視神経などに発生する。脈絡膜のそれは視力障害を主訴として始まることが多く，網膜剥離，緑内障，孤立結核などと誤診されやすい。

　私共は，過去20年間に当科を訪れた脈絡膜悪性黒色腫の6例において，臨床的ならびに組織学的に種々の異なつた所見を認めたので，その概要を報告する。

Six cases of malignant melanoma were obse-rved, and various clinical and histological find-ings were obtained.

1. By the routine clinical ophthalmological examination, 3 cases were diagnosed as malig-nant melanoma, 1 as detachment of the retina, 1 as tuberculosis of the choroid, and 1 as equa-torial staphyloma.

2. Especially noteworthy was a case in wh-ich the disease started apparently as equatorial staphyloma and later invaded the optic nerve.
