秋田県におけるサルコイドージス症例の眼科学的検討

CLINICAL AND SURVIVAL STUDY FOR THE SARCOIDOSIS IN AKITA PREFECTURE

まえがき

　本論文においては，現在まで約13年間にわたつて，当病院において確診のつけられた45例のサルコイドージス（以下サと省略）の症例につき，眼科学的な検討を試みるものであり，個々の症例に対する詳細な報告と，他科領域にわたる検討とは，後日改めて発表の予定であるのでふれない。

In this report, we had examined from ophthal-mological point for 45 cases of sarcoidosis who were discovered in Akita Prefecture since 1953 to 1969.

Conclusionally, we had found some interesting results as follows:

1) It was no difference as incidence between male and female.

2) Most of them were 11 to 30 years old (34 cases : 75%).

3) As a motive of visiting our clinic, those who complained of visual disturbance were 23 cases (51%), those who wore pointed out bila-teral lymphnode enlargement by mass survey were 16 cases (35.5%).

These show importance of ophthalmological findings in the diagnosis of the sarcoidosis.
